  Great Deal May 8, 2008 Great book at a great price. Just be careful about the different editions because the case studies in each can vary.
  Informational Book! February 8, 2008 This book has a lot of information to guide a person through what it takes to develop and maintain a competitive corporate strategy. It is also readable by those like me who have relatively little business experience.
  Not the most recent edition. February 8, 2008 This book was the 15th Ed, not the most recent edition - 16th Ed so i had to return it.

IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE TEXTBOOK TO REACH ME. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW SLOW THE DELIVERY PROCESS WAS AND ALMOST DIDN'T HAVE THE TEXT IN TIME FOR CLASS. SERVICE AND DELIVERY COULD BE MUCH MORE PROMPT.
